All or Muffin

Delivery

  • Orders received by noon on Monday to Saturday will be processed the same day. Orders received after noon and on non-working days will be processed the following working day.
  • Please allow 3 working days from order to receiving your gift.
  • All orders cost £6 for packaging and hand delivery by courier Monday to Friday.
  • Saturday deliveries cost £20 for packaging and hand delivery by courier.
  • We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
  • For Saturday weddings, please email enquiries@allormuffin.com to obtain a delivery quote.
  • Your order will be delivered between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 2.00pm Saturdays.  
  • Once your cakes are in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the delivery process, so we recommend you choose a delivery date at least one day early to avoid disappointment.
  • It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that you have given us correct delivery information, and that someone is available to receive your gift. No refunds will be given in such circumstances.
  • If your recipient is not in, we will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour.
  • Please note that orders being sent to business addresses, hospitals or hotels will be left at reception.
  • Prices and designs are valid until December 2008 however we reserve the right to change them in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
  • All products are subject to availability. When an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you and offer an alternative.

Delivery Process and Refunds

  • We will be able to track the progress of your delivery. Please contact us immediately if your cakes do not arrive within the time frames described above. We can only contact the carriers between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. We will do everything possible to ensure your cakes arrive on time, but cannot accept liability for any late deliveries.
  • In the unlikely event that your cakes are lost during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of expected delivery. Compensation may be available, up to a maximum of the price paid by the customer, if the cakes cannot be traced and are confirmed as lost by the carriers.
  • Your cakes will be very carefully packaged so that they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that the cakes appear to have been damaged during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Any replacement products, refunds or compensation will be considered, and may be granted at our discretion and only in the event that the cakes are damaged beyond reasonable use. We will require evidence of any damage, which must be received by us within 7 days of the original delivery. This evidence must be by returning the goods to us, using recorded delivery and must include the original packaging.

Cancelling an Order

  • As our cakes are made to order and personalised to your specifications, orders cannot be cancelled once cakes have been made. Should you wish to change your order at any time please contact us immediately and we will do our best to meet your needs.
  • For All or Muffins total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by All or Muffin to the customer. All or Muffin shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether that arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
  • By placing an order with All or Muffin, either through our website, over the telephone, or by any other medium you are agreeing to these terms.

Privacy Policy

We require you to register your details with us so that we can better serve you with future offers and services. We treat all information with the strictest confidence and customers account details are fully password protected. We will never - unless required by the law for legal purposes - pass your details on to a third party. Once you have registered with us, your details are stored on our central computer which is fully firewall protected and has the latest state of the art security measures in place. If we feel at any point that your password may have been compromised we will immediately freeze your account and require you to re-activate it with a new password. We do not sell or share any of our customers information.We only store your names and addresses for the purposes of delivery of goods. Customers may contact us at any time to request what details are held by All or Muffin on them, and if required, All or Muffin will confirm that personal details will be fully deleted, upon request. Data is NOT stored on any removable discs or memory sticks, and are held on a secure database. Customers may contact All or Muffin to amend or correct any inaccuracies about their personal data. Customers can be reassured that credit/debit card details are ONLY used at the point of purchase and are NOT recorded in any way.
